Only reason I mention this is beacause in one other post someone had steam installed on 2 different drives and installed courses in the wrong one. I myself have steam on a different drive also. I know this may sound silly but you didn't happen to have PP running while trying to install the other courses by accident or whatever. If the game is running the courses will not show up until you exit it and then restart.
